Ingredients
- ½ cup Daliya
- ½ cup moong dal
- ¼ cup carrot
- ¼ cup bottle guard
- ¼ cup tomato
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tbsp sambhar masala
- Green chilli – as per taste
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp rai
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Soak dailya and moong dal.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add rai, curry leaves, grated garlic. Saute for 20 seconds.
- Add carrot, bottle guard and tomato. Saute for 30-40 seconds.
- To this vegetable mixture add soaked daliya and dal. Add haldi, jeera powder, sambhar masala add salt. Mix it well and pressure cook for 5 whistles. Serve warm.
