Procedure for Diet Consultation:

We create a separate WhatsApp group with each Client (i.e. The Client Assigned Dietitian + Kajal + Bushra)
Client needs to send a list of details (eg: Daily Schedule, Diet recall, Measurements, Medical history, etc)
A one hour long Consultation Audio Phone call is fixed between the assigned Dietitian & you (whenever convenient for both the parties) after receiving all the necessary details.

A typed Diet (in PDF format) is shared on Whatsapp and e-mail within a day after being reviewed by Bushra & Kajal
You are requested to share all your meal pictures in the WhatsApp group daily. The assigned nutritionist will give her feedback on your meals everyday. Daily motivation, problem solving & accountability is our USP at Health Steady Go.
Progress report with the help of repeated measurements, photos & wellness parameters are analysed every 15 days. Follow up session is scheduled over msg or call & further diet changes are recommended.
