Amla achar

Ingredients 

  • 9-10 Amlas
  • 1 tsp Haldi powder
  •  1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Hing
  • 2 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder 
  • ½ tablespoon Cooled tadka
  • 1 tsp Salt 

Method 

  • Steam and cool amla. Cut them into pieces.
  • Add salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, hing, grated garlic and ginger, roasted cumin powder, cooled tadka. Mix this well and it’s ready.
