Ingredients
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Garlic
- ¼ cup onion
- ½ tsp oil
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper – as per taste
- For white sauce
1 tsp butter
1 tsp atta
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add oil in a pan and heat. Saute ginger, garlic and onion for 1 minute. To this add broccoli and mix it well. Also add broccoli stem.
- Add water, salt, pepper. Mix well and boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Cool this mixture, add to a grinder and make it a paste.
- On the other hand, to make white sauce – add butter in a pan. Add atta and roast. Add milk to it and let it simmer for a while. Once it’s ready add salt and pepper.
- To this sauce add the broccoli mixture and mix it well.
- Serve immediately!!
