Energy Bites


  • 100 grams oats
  • 10-12 dates 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
  • 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate 
  • ½ tsp salt 


  • Blend the oats in a fine powder. Add dates, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla essence, and salt to it.
  • Blend it well again. 
  • Take a baking tin. Place butter paper on it and add this mixture on top of it. Spread evenly.
  • Lastly top it up with melted chocolate. Freeze for 30-45 minutes and cut into small pieces and enjoy guilt free!!
