Ingredients
- 9-10 Amlas
- 1 tsp Haldi powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Hing
- 2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- ½ tablespoon Cooled tadka
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Steam and cool amla. Cut them into pieces.
- Add salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, hing, grated garlic and ginger, roasted cumin powder, cooled tadka. Mix this well and it’s ready.
