Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- ½ tbsp sesame seeds
- ¼ cup besan
- 4-5 tsp garlic cloves
- 2 green chilli
- jeera powder
- coriander powder
- salt to taste
- Oil for greasing
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and blend them well.
- Make small round tikkis out of this blended mixture.
- Grease tawa with very little oil. Once it’s hot place these tikkis on tawa and cook on both sides.
- Serve with coriander chutney.
