Details for 7 Days diet plan

• WhatsApp group with all the participants will be created
• List of food Items you may need for starting the diet will be provided on the group in advance.
•Typed Diet plan for 7 days with clear instructions will be provided (in PDF format)
•Diet will be a moderate calorie, low protein easy to digest diet.
• All the recipes in PDF format will be shared on the group as well.
•7 enjoyable workouts for 7 days will be provided.
• List of Do’s and Don’ts to follow after 7 days diet plan will be provided as well.

Disclaimer- Everybody reacts differently to different foods. We have so far had amazing results with the gut diet. But there are very slight chances (<5%) that it may not suit you. In that case, you may experience some acne/ sluggishness/ etc. But nothing to be worried about as it will only be a temporary change and will go away soon.

Honestly have not been able to follow it to perfection but however tried some recipes it does make my stomach lighter and i get easy bowl moment however i work at the airport and i have different shift every week that breaks my consistency. Especially when i have night shift it is difficult to copeup i get acidity and burning sensation with mild spice too trying my best though. Will restart the diet this week too. Hey Kajal and Bushra.. yes it was a different experience.. it is very difficult to do it.. I had 2 constipation.. but afterwards it was better.... my experience was that my body feel really lite.. feel cleaned now. before my holidays thank you.

Hi Bushra and Kajal .. yes I was able to follow it .. although timing varied .. but I did follow the sequence .. the whole structure was amazing . .. Recipes were simple and absolutely delicious .. I felt light and energized after following the schedule .. definitely going to include a few pointers in my daily routine now onwards
